Retractable and extendable camera mirror device

A camera mirror device comprising:

• a camera assembly that is movable in a first direction into and out of a vehicle body through an opening provided in a vehicle body panel;
• a first link having a first end pivotably connected to a first coupling portion of the camera assembly to allow the first link to pivot about a first hinge shaft;
• a second link having a first end pivotably connected to a second coupling portion of the camera assembly to allow the second link to pivot about a second hinge shaft;
• a connection link having both ends thereof pivotably connected to a second end of the first link and a second end of the second link via a first connection shaft and a second connection shaft, respectively, wherein the connection link is configured to be movable along a second direction, which intersects the first direction;
• and
• a driver that transmits a driving force to the first link via a driving link that pivots about a driving shaft for a movement of the camera assembly,
• wherein the camera assembly includes a housing unit including a camera housing and a housing cover coupled to each other to form a camera receiving space for accommodating at least one camera therein, and
• wherein a spacing between the first hinge shaft and the second hinge shaft is equal to a spacing between the first connection shaft and the second connection shaft.
