Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (hvac) system for a vehicle, a vehicle comprising the hvac system, and a use of the hvac system

A vehicle comprising:

• a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, HVAC, system, wherein the system is operable in at least two operation modes and the system comprises:
• a first heat exchanger;
• a second heat exchanger;
• and
• an air rejection port arranged between the first and second heat exchanger;
• wherein:
• in a first operation mode of the system, the first heat exchanger is used for cooling in the system and the second heat exchanger is used for heating in the system;
• in a second operation mode of the system, the first heat exchanger is used for heating in the system and the second heat exchanger is used for cooling in the system;
• and
• the air rejection port is arranged for rejecting at least a portion of air, transported in the system, to outside environment of the vehicle in any one of the at least two operation modes of the system.

A method of using a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, HVAC, system for a vehicle for regulating climate and/or temperature in a cabin of the vehicle, wherein the system is operable in at least two operation modes and the system comprises:

• a first heat exchanger;
• a second heat exchanger;
• and
• an air rejection port arranged between the first and second heat exchanger;
• wherein:
• in a first operation mode of the system, the first heat exchanger is used for cooling in the system and the second heat exchanger is used for heating in the system;
• in a second operation mode of the system, the first heat exchanger is used for heating in the system and the second heat exchanger is used for cooling in the system;
• and
• the air rejection port is arranged for rejecting at least a portion of air, transported in the system, to outside environment of the vehicle in any one of the at least two operation modes of the system.
