Endovascular lead design and delivery systems

An endovascular lead apparatus, comprising:

• an elongated body having a proximal portion and a distal portion;
• a marking sleeve slidably positioned upon the elongated body;
• one or more mapping electrodes positioned along the marking sleeve and which are configured to confirm a location of a nerve body to be treated, wherein the marking sleeve is configured to isolate the one or more mapping electrodes from the elongated body;
• an inner sleeve positioned along the distal portion of the elongated body;
• one or more treatment electrodes positioned along the inner sleeve;
• one or more frame members supporting the one or more treatment electrodes, wherein the one or more frame members are reconfigurable from a low-profile delivery configuration to a deployed configuration when the marking sleeve is retracted relative to the elongated body to expose the one or more frame members, and
• wherein expansion of the one or more frame members to the deployed configuration positions the one or more treatment electrodes into contact against a tissue wall for delivery of a treatment stimulation of the nerve body to be treated via the one or more treatment electrodes.
