Abstract

Provided are a delivery device (100) and a delivery system (200). The delivery device (100) includes: a delivery sheath (30); a hemostasis valve (10), including a valve seat (11), an elastic sealing member (12), and a sheath connector (13), wherein the elastic sealing member (12) is arranged in the valve seat (11), the elastic sealing member (12) has a first state and a second state, a distal end of the sheath connector (13) extends into the valve seat (11) and moves in the valve seat (11) in a axial direction, and the valve seat (11), the elastic sealing member (12), and the sheath connector (13) together define a delivery channel that is communicated with the delivery sheath (30); and an adjusting nut (20), rotatably surrounding the outside of the sheath connector (13), wherein the adjusting nut (20) drives the sheath connector (13) to move in the axial direction. The sheath connector (13) presses the elastic sealing member (12) within a moving path to enable the elastic sealing member to switch between the first state and the second state. When the elastic sealing member is in the first state, the delivery channel is in an open state, and when the elastic sealing member is in the second state, the delivery channel is in a closed state. The hemostasis valve (10) does not need to be disassembled from the delivery device (100) during surgery.
