Provided herein a method of treating Juvenile Huntington disease in a subject in need thereof comprising orally administering a pharmaceutical composition comprising pridopidine and/or its analog or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

A method of treating or lessening the progression of Juvenile Huntington disease in a subject, or to maintaining or reducing one or more symptoms or signs of Juvenile Huntington disease (JHD) in a subject;
- comprising orally administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising pridopidine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
