A vibrating massage ring includes a semi-annular body, a knob assembly located at the top of the semi-annular body, and a silicone sleeve wrapped around the semi-annular body; the silicone sleeve has opposite first end and second end, the firs end is provided with a guiding ring, and the second end can pass through the guiding ring and attach to the first end to form an overlapping area so that the silicone sleeve can surround a wearing cavity; the second end is provided with a string, and the ends of the string are fixedly provided on the knob assembly; the knob assembly is rotated to wind or unwind the string, so as to control the size of the overlapping area of the first end and the second end to adjust the size of the wearing cavity.
