The third portion can be disposed between the first portion and the second portion. The third portion can include a bushing. The third portion also can include a second aperture. Dependent claims

A partition insert comprising:

a plate, wherein the plate comprises:
a top surface;
and
a bottom surface;
a first portion of the partition insert, comprising:
a first aperture extending from the top surface of the plate to the bottom surface of the plate;
a second portion of the partition insert, comprising:
a post extending downward from the bottom surface of the plate and away from the top surface of the plate;
and
a third portion of the partition insert disposed between the first portion of the partition insert and the second portion of the partition insert, comprising:
a bushing;
and
a second aperture, wherein the second aperture is disposed within a circumference of the bushing and comprises:
a first portion of the second aperture, comprising:
bumps on a ledge disposed between the top surface of the plate and a bottom surface of the bushing;
and
a second portion of the second aperture.
