Abstract

An electromagnet device includes a coil, a spool, an iron core, a yoke, a movable iron piece, an auxiliary yoke, and a permanent magnet. The coil is wound around the spool. The iron core is disposed inside the spool. The yoke includes a base portion and an extension portion. The base portion extends in a direction intersecting an axial direction of the iron core and is fixed to one end of the iron core. The extension portion is connected to the base portion and is arranged laterally relative to the coil. The movable iron piece is rotatably supported by the extension portion of the yoke. The auxiliary yoke is connected to an exterior of the base portion of the yoke. The permanent magnet is positioned on an extension line of the axis of the iron core and is disposed between the base portion of the yoke and the auxiliary yoke.
