Optical module

An optical module, comprising:

• a circuit board;
• wherein a plurality of gold fingers are formed at one end of the circuit board and all spaced apart from each other, and the gold fingers are configured to transmit electrical signals;
• the circuit board comprises:
• a first metal surface layer, located on an upper surface of the circuit board, wherein the gold fingers are provided on the first metal surface layer, surfaces of the gold fingers are configured to connect to spring contacts to implement electrical connection, and the gold fingers comprise high-frequency signal gold fingers;
• a second metal surface layer, located on a lower surface of the circuit board;
• and
• a first metal intermediate layer, located between the first metal surface layer and the second metal surface layer and located below the first metal surface layer, wherein a first insulating support layer is provided between the first metal intermediate layer and the first metal surface layer, a metal layer is absent from the first metal intermediate layer within a projection area of the high-frequency signal gold fingers, and a first insulating support layer on one side of the projection area of the high-frequency signal gold fingers is hollowed out.
