Abstract
Provided is a soundproof material having excellent sound insulating properties in a wide frequency range of 200 to 2000 Hz while exhibiting sound absorption performance. The present invention relates to a soundproof material formed by the lamination of at least two layers, i.e., a nonwoven fabric A which is composed of fibers, and a porous body B which is a molded body having a porous structure. The soundproof material is characterized in that the nonwoven fabric A contains at least 1 mass % of fibrillated fibers.
Claims11
1:
- A soundproof material comprising at least two laminated layers:
- a nonwoven fabric A as a nonwoven fabric composed of fibers and a porous body B as a molded article with a porous structure, wherein the nonwoven fabric A contains fibrillated fibers at 1 wt. % or greater.
2:
- The soundproof material according to claim 1, comprising at least three layers:
- the nonwoven fabric A as a nonwoven fabric composed of fibers, the porous body B as a molded article with a porous structure, and a sound-insulating material, which are layered in the order:
- nonwoven fabric A, porous body B, sound-insulating material.
3:
- The soundproof material according to claim 2, wherein the sound-insulating material is the nonwoven fabric A.
4:
- The soundproof material according to claim 1, wherein the nonwoven fabric A has a unit thickness flow resistance of from 1,400,000 Ns/m4 to 5,000,000,000 Ns/m4.
5:
- The soundproof material according to claim 1, wherein the nonwoven fabric A has a porosity of from 60% to 96%.
6:
- The soundproof material according to claim 1, wherein the nonwoven fabric A has a tortuosity of from 1.20 to 10.0.
7:
- The soundproof material according to claim 1, wherein the nonwoven fabric A further comprises fibers that are not fibrillated.
8:
- The soundproof material according to claim 1, wherein the porous body B has a surface density of 10,000 g/m2 or lower and a thickness of from 1 mm to 100 mm.
9:
- The soundproof material according to claim 1, wherein the fibrillated fibers are one or more selected from the group consisting of microfibrillated cellulose, acrylic pulp, aramid pulp, chitin nanofibers, chitosan nanofibers and silk nanofibers.
10:
- The soundproof material according to claim 1, wherein the fibrillated fibers have a fibrillation index of 0.3% or greater.
11:
- The soundproof material according to claim 1, wherein the fibrillated fibers comprise 3 wt. % to 30 wt. % based on the total weight of the nonwoven fabric.
