This training glove intended for the throwing hand is a two-finger glove consisting of an embedded oblong 3-dimensional pressure-absorbing spacer on the palm side of the glove, where said spacer begins on the radial edge of the palm-side metacarpals and extends towards the ulnar edge of the metacarpal palm region. The glove's two finger openings only extend to cover the proximal phalanxes of the thumb and index finger, creating optimal space between the object being thrown and the palm, as well as providing a securely fastened, minimally designed glove apparatus for the spacer to stay in its correct spot even through the violent torque of the throwing hand which occurs during the action of throwing.
