• at least one of ferrite and bainite:
• 80 to 98% in total, and
• martensite:
• 2 to 10%, wherein
• when deeming a boundary with an orientation difference of 15° or more as a grain boundary and defining a region surrounded by grain boundaries and having a circle equivalent diameter of 0.3 μm or more as a crystal grain, a ratio of crystal grains with an orientation difference in grains of 5 to 14° is, by area %, 10 to 60%, and
• a surface roughness Ra is less than 1.50 μm and a difference of a maximum value and minimum value in the surface roughness Ra is 0.50 μm or less.
