Inorganic particle dispersed slurry composition and method for producing inorganic sintered body

Abstract

The present invention provides an inorganic-particle-dispersed slurry composition that has excellent storage stability and printability, can promote binder removal treatment even at low temperature, can suppress oxidation of inorganic particles, leaves less residual carbon after firing, has excellent sinterability, and can provide a highly reliable electronic component. The present invention also provides a method for producing an inorganic sintered article using the slurry composition. Provided is an inorganic-particle-dispersed slurry composition, containing: a binder resin (A); inorganic particles (B); and a solvent (C), the inorganic-particle-dispersed slurry composition further containing, as a binder removal aid (D), a carboxylic anhydride having a boiling point of 200° C. or higher and an oxygen atom content of 40% by weight or more.
