The present invention relates to a talc powder, in which a value of B/A is 0.10 or less, where A is a BET specific surface area with a unit of (m2/g), and B is a weight loss rate by thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis at 200° C. to 700° C. with a unit of (mass %).
