• a sheet of a single-faced corrugated material including a corrugated medium coupled to an outer liner, wherein a surface of the corrugated material opposite to the outer liner is coated by a water-based heat-seal coating, wherein the sheet is folded along a fold line to form a first layer on a first side of the fold line and a second layer on a second side of the fold line, and wherein the fold line forms a first edge of the package;
• wherein the first layer is sealed to the second layer by the water-based heat seal coating along a second edge of the package, a third edge of the package, and a fourth edge of the package.
