Abstract
The present invention relates to esters of Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and their use as a medicament, in particular for the treatment of dermatological diseases or skin cancers. The present invention further relates to use of esters of Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in cosmetic and nutritive compositions for preventing or reducing signs of aging in healthy subjects.

- wherein
- * denotes the (S) or (R) enantiomer or any mixture thereof;
- z is an integer of 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 and R1 is/are independently selected from F, OH, and C1-C4 alkoxy;
- n is an integer of 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 and R2 is/are independently selected from F, OH, and C1-C4 alkoxy;
- R3 is selected from H and C1-C8 alkyl.
