A minimally invasive method of treating nasal scars and deformities caused by rhinoplasty, burns, or trauma comprising (1) injecting a personalized tumescent solution into the nasal scar tissue; (2) performing subcision on the scarred area using a blunt cannula (BBSB TYPE D) to release fibrotic bands and adhesions; (3) treating the scarred area with fractional CO2 laser or plasma (Plexr®) for scar resurfacing; and (4) injecting micro-fat and nano-fat into the scarred area about two weeks later to rejuvenate the skin and improve healing and vasculature. This approach allows for better surgical outcomes in revision rhinoplasty or eliminates the need for revision surgery in certain cases.
