Abstract
A cartridge, the cartridge including a housing and a first rotate member arranged on the housing, the adapter includes: a first unlock mechanism for unlocking a drive force driving the first rotate member, so that the first rotate member may rotate during operation.

A cartridge, comprising:
- a housing;
- a first rotate member arranged on the housing;
- a first unlock mechanism for unlocking the drive force driving the first rotate member, so that the first rotate member rotates during operation.
An image forming apparatus, comprising:
- a body provided with an insertion port for receiving a cartridge;
- a third rotate member arranged on the body, the third rotate member is used to provide drive force to the cartridge ;
- a first restrain mechanism arranged on the body, wherein when the cartridge is not inserted into the image forming apparatus body, the first restrain mechanism is used to limit the third rotate member to a first position;
- when the cartridge is inserted into the image forming apparatus body and installed in place, the first restrain mechanism is used to cooperate with the cartridge to allow the third rotate member to be positioned in a second position, thereby releasing the restriction of the first restrain mechanism on the third rotate member enable the third rotate member to provide drive force to the cartridge.
