Abstract
The present invention relates to a gene carrier including a nanoparticle, oligo Ts bound to the surface of the nanoparticle, and for delivering polyadenylated nucleic acid molecules derived from a target gene, wherein the gene carrier has the effect of efficiently delivering the target gene into a cell without going through an additional processing step for binding the target gene and the carrier.

A gene carrier, comprising:
- a nanoparticle;
- Oligo Ts covalently bonded to the surface of the nanoparticle;
- and
- nucleic acid molecules comprising polyadenylation sequences bound to the Oligo Ts.
