Abstract
A system configured to distribute power within a rack is disclosed. The system may include a rack junction box configured to receive power. The system may include a power rail coupled to the rack junction box and configured to receive power from the rack junction box. The system may include one or more power couplers coupled to the power rail and configured to receive power from the power rail and distribute power to a plurality of rack unit loads.

A system configured to distribute power within a rack, the system comprising:
- a rack junction box configured to receive the power;
- a power rail coupled to the rack junction box and configured to receive the power from the rack junction box;
- and
- one or more power couplers coupled to the power rail and configured to receive the power from the power rail and to distribute the power to a plurality of rack unit loads.

A power rail comprising:
- an enclosure;
- and
- at least three busbars at least partially enclosed by the enclosure and configured for receiving and electrically coupling to coupler blades of one or more power couplers,
- wherein the power rail is configured to receive two or more types of power couplers having different sizes along a finite number of possible positions along the power rail.
