A combustion heat exchange assembly including a housing with a combustion chamber formed in the housing, a combustion component installed at an end of the housing, and an ignition device installed at a side wall of the combustion chamber. A cooling channel is provided at the side wall and is located at a side of the ignition device adjacent to the combustion component.

A combustion heat exchange assembly comprising:
- a housing with a combustion chamber formed in the housing;
- a combustion component installed at an end of the housing;
- and
- an ignition device installed at a side wall of the combustion chamber;
- wherein a cooling channel is provided at the side wall and is located at a side of the ignition device adjacent to the combustion component.
