An electric power generating system that extracts mechanical energy from the Earth's rotation is disclosed. The system includes a pair of parallel beam members rotatably mounted on pivot points supported by ground-fixed columns. At the ends of the beam members, gyroscopes are mounted within gimbals, each configured with an axis of rotation perpendicular to the Earth's axis of rotation. As the Earth rotates, the gyroscopes resist reorientation, inducing torque on the gimbals and initiating precession. This precessional motion causes the gimbals to rotate, which is transmitted via pulleys and belts to a central shaft. The belt-driven mechanism connects each gimbal pulley to the double central pulley in a figure-8 configuration which generates an opposite rotation in the beam members, maintaining system balance and sustaining continuous motion. This motion is converted into electrical energy by a generator operatively coupled to the central shaft.
