Clam shell cover cap and method of use

A clam shell cover cap device for a top of a container, the device comprising:

• a housing having a first portion, a second portion, and a hinge, the housing configurable to an open housing position and a closed housing position, wherein the housing is configured to fit around the top and to secure the device to the container when in the closed housing position;
• and
• a first wheel coupled to the housing, the first wheel having a first plurality of symbols and a first particular symbol associated with an unlock code;
• wherein the housing is configured to lock in the closed housing position,
• wherein the housing is configured to unlock from the closed housing position and permit configuration to the open housing position following rotation of the first wheel such that the first particular symbol is in a first unlock position;
• and
• wherein the housing is configured to permit removal of the device from the container when in the open housing position.

A clam shell cover cap device for a bottle, the device comprising:

• a housing having a first portion, a second portion, and a hinge, the housing configurable to an open housing position and a closed housing position, wherein the housing is configured to define a cavity when in the closed housing position;
• and
• a first wheel coupled to the housing, the first wheel having a first plurality of symbols and a first particular symbol associated with an unlock code;
• wherein the cavity is configured to accommodate a portion of the bottle,
• wherein the housing is configured to lock in the closed housing position, and
• wherein the housing is configured to unlock from the closed housing position and permit configuration to the open housing position following rotation of the first wheel such that the first particular symbol is in a first unlock position.

A clam shell cover cap device for a container having a lip, the device comprising:

• a housing having a first portion, a second portion, and a hinge, the housing is configurable to an open housing position and a closed housing position;
• and
• a first wheel coupled to the housing, the first wheel having a first plurality of symbols and a first particular symbol associated with an unlock code;
• wherein the first portion and the second portion define a lip retention ring when the housing is configured in the closed housing position,
• wherein the lip retention ring is configured to engage the lip to secure the device to the container,
• wherein the housing is configured to lock in the closed housing position, and
• wherein the housing is configured to unlock from the closed housing position and permit configuration to the open housing position following rotation of the first wheel such that the first particular symbol is in a first unlock position.
