Abstract
The present disclosure includes a flexible stem of a medical implant for implantation into a bone. The stem includes a stem shaft having a first stem shaft end and a second stem shaft end; and a plurality of projections, each of the plurality of projections having a first projection end and a second projection end, wherein the first projection end of each of the plurality of projections is connected to the stem shaft.

A flexible stem of a medical implant for implantation into a bone, the stem comprising:
- a stem shaft comprising a first stem shaft end and a second stem shaft end;
- and
- a plurality of projections, each of the plurality of projections comprising a first projection end and a second projection end, wherein the first projection end of each of the plurality of projections is connected to the stem shaft.
