A containerized, transportable, pre-engineered, pre-fabricated, pre-assembled, adjustable, structural module and structural module system and method is disclosed. The structural module includes a first elongated beam and a second elongated beam disposed substantially parallel to the first elongated beam. The module also includes connector beams connecting the first elongated beam to the second elongated beam at a first end. The connector beams are substantially perpendicular to the first elongated beam and the second elongated beam. In addition, the structural module includes tensioned cables extending through the first and second elongated beams. The tensioned cables passes through the first elongated beam and the second elongated beam, and are to be surrounded by building material to form a composite deck.
