According to the present disclosure, a neoantigen is identified from a blood sample of a patient, or a sample for the identification is provided. According to the present disclosure, there is provided a method for preparing a sample containing circulating tumor cells derived from a subject for analysis without nucleic acid amplification and/or proliferation by culture, the method including the steps of: isolating monocytes from peripheral blood mononuclear cells collected from the subject using apheresis, wherein apheresis condition for performing the apheresis includes circulating tumor cell enrichment condition; isolating circulating tumor cells from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells from which the monocytes have been isolated; optionally, confirming a purity of circulating tumor cells required for the analysis; and optionally, performing pretreatment for the analysis on the circulating tumor cells.
A method for preparing a sample containing circulating tumor cells derived from a subject for analysis without nucleic acid amplification and/or proliferation by culture, the method comprising the steps of:
A method for analyzing circulating tumor cells derived from a subject without nucleic acid amplification and/or proliferation by culture, the method comprising the steps of:
The method according to claim 24, further comprising the steps of:
A method for producing a cell for dendritic cell therapy using a neoantigen possessed by a subject, the method comprising:
A method for treating or preventing a subject by analyzing circulating tumor cells without nucleic acid amplification and/or proliferation by culture, the method comprising the steps of:
