Cleaning foaming tablet and manufacturing method thereof

Abstract

The present invention provides a cleaning foaming tablet, and based on the total weight of the cleaning foaming tablet, the formulation includes: 5 wt % to 50 wt % of polyvinyl alcohol, 10 wt % to 20 wt % of sodium percarbonate, 10 wt % to 30 wt % of sodium bicarbonate, 10 wt % to 20 wt % of citric acid, 1 wt % to 10 wt % of a nonionic surfactant, 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of stearic acid, and 1 wt % to 10 wt % of glycerol. The cleaning foaming tablet prepared from this formulation can rapidly dissolve upon contact with water, exhibits excellent cleaning performance, and reduces detergent residue. The cleaning foaming tablet is resistant to breakage in humid environments, providing good storability. In addition, the present invention also provides a method for manufacturing the cleaning foaming tablet.
