Abstract
A knife including a holder and a blade device which is movable relative to the holder between a safety position and a cutting position. A handle is movable between an inactive position and an active position. The holder provides a contact surface for an actuating finger with which the handle is actuated, within reach of the movement path of the handle.

- a holder;
