Abstract

The present application provides a method for manufacturing curtain bodies and a curtain body, the method for manufacturing curtain bodies includes the following steps: S1, providing at least one fabric layer; S2, performing stacking processing for the fabric layer along a first thickness direction thereof to obtain a stacked body having multiple stacking layers; and performing compositing processing for adjacent stacking layers of the stacked body to make adjacent stacking layers be connected together; S3, cutting the stacked body to obtain multiple cut bodies, wherein the cut bodies are curtain bodies. The method for manufacturing curtain bodies is simple in process and can manufacturing multiple curtain bodies at once, moreover, the manufactured curtain bodies are stable and reliable in structure, thereby improving producing efficiency and service life of the curtain bodies.

Dependent claims

A method for manufacturing curtain bodies, comprising the followings steps:

S1, providing at least one fabric layer (1);
S2, performing stacking processing for the fabric layer (1) along a first thickness direction (H) thereof to obtain a stacked body (6) having multiple stacking layers (10);
and performing compositing processing for adjacent stacking layers (10) of the stacked body (6) to make adjacent stacking layers (10) be connected together;
wherein each of the stacking layers (10) is provided with multiple first composite parts (101) and multiple second composite parts (102), the first composite parts (101) and the second composite parts (102) continuously extend along a length direction (L) of the fabric layer (1) respectively, and the multiple first composite parts (101) and the multiple second composite parts (102) are set sequentially, alternately, and at intervals along a first width direction (W) of the fabric layer (1);
along the first thickness direction (H), in every three adjacent stacking layers (10), the multiple first composite parts (101) of two adjacent stacking layers (10) are interconnected, and the multiple second composite parts (102) of other two adjacent stacking layers (10) are interconnected;
S3, cutting the stacked body (6) to obtain multiple cut bodies (62), wherein the cut bodies (62) are curtain bodies (7).
