Method for producing tyrosine from fermented broth

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for producing tyrosine with high purity from a fermentation broth containing tyrosine produced by microbial fermentation, wherein the method comprises: obtaining a tyrosine solution by adding a basic solution to a microbial fermentation broth containing tyrosine; obtaining primary tyrosine crystals by neutralization-crystallization by adding an acidic solution to the tyrosine solution; obtaining a tyrosine re-dissolved solution by adding a basic solution to the primary tyrosine crystals; and obtaining secondary tyrosine crystals by neutralization-crystallization by adding an acidic solution to the tyrosine re-dissolved solution.
