Protective article

A protective article for improving at least one health-related characteristic of a user as a result of awareness by the user of a presence of indicia disposed on the protective article and not visible to a third-party observer, the protective article comprising:

• a first panel having an exterior surface and an interior surface;
• a second panel having an exterior surface and an interior surface, the second panel coupled to the first panel such that the interior surface of the second panel faces the interior surface of the first panel and the first panel and the second panel collectively define an interior space;
• a first indicia disposed on the interior surface of the first panel, the first indicia including a first targeted content associated with increasing the at least one health-related characteristic of the user;
• and
• a second indicia disposed on the interior surface of the second panel, the second indicia including a second targeted content associated with increasing the at least one health-related characteristic of the user, the first targeted content being different from the second targeted content, the first indicia and the second indicia being disposed such that neither are visible to a third-party observer when the protective article is in a use configuration relative to the user.
