An undergarment cooling device is provided. The device delivers targeted airflow to the groin and genital region, mitigating heat buildup, perspiration, and discomfort when wearing pants or undergarments in warm or humid conditions. The device comprises a compact air pump housed within a protective casing that includes an attachment fastener for secure placement on a waistband, belt, or clothing. The pump actively draws ambient air through an intake port and expels it via an output port into a flexible, heat-resistant tubing that discreetly directs airflow into the user's undergarments. A vented nozzle with multiple perforations ensures even air distribution for optimal cooling. At least one airflow control mechanism allows users to regulate cooling intensity manually or through predefined modes. In one embodiment, the device is comprised of a moisture-wicking undergarment with an integrated pocket that secures the tubing for enhanced airflow distribution.
