The invention solves the problem of constructing a mounting and façade assembly unit for buildings. The mounting and façade assembly unit for buildings is equipped with mounting strips (1). Each mounting strip (1) consists of a lower sub-profile (2) with a transverse wall (3) in which grooves (4) are made and arranged on both sides of the axis. The transverse wall (3) of the lower sub-profile (2) transitions on both sides, via steps (5), into horizontal walls forming its stiffening arms (6). The upper sub-profile (7) is mounted on the lower sub-profile (2) and permanently connected to it. The shape of the upper sub-profile (7) in cross-section corresponds to the shape of the upper part of the lower half-profile (2). Between the grooves (4′) there is a flexible arched arm (13), fixed at the height of the linear projection (14), forming a stiffening lock after the assembly unit is installed.
Mounting and façade assembly unit for buildings, equipped with mounting strips, fixed to the wall using fixing screws with expansion tips, whereby the mounting strips are equipped with mounting hooks on the side of the façade panels, created by rectangular cut-outs in the mounting strip and an angular bend, as well as equipped with bean-shaped apertures for fixing screws and their heads, wherein the mounting strip (1) is formed by a lower sub-profile (2) with a transverse wall (3), in which grooves (4) are made, arranged on both sides of the axis, having a semicircular cross-section, whereby the transverse wall (3) of the lower sub-profile (2) transitions on both sides via steps (5) into horizontal walls, forming stiffening arms (6), while the upper sub-profile (7) is mounted on the lower sub-profile (2) and permanently and tightly connected to it, the cross-sectional shape of which corresponds to the shape of the upper part of the lower half-profile (2), and grooves (4′) with a semicircular outline of the upper sub-profile (7) are located in grooves (4) of the lower sub-profile (2), while in the middle part (10) of the transverse wall of the upper sub-profile (7), between grooves (4) and (4′) there are mounting hooks (11) and a flexible and arched arm (13) mounted at the height of a linear projection (14) in the rear wall of the façade panels (15), forming together with it, after mounting the assembly, a stiffening lock.
