- a body-strengthening system located between the lower portion of the side wall and the upper portion of the side wall and including a first annular strip that extends radially away from the central axis, a second annular strip extending radially toward the central axis from the first annular strip, and a third annular strip extending radially away from the central axis and spaced apart from the first annular strip, and
- a grip portion located between the lower portion of the side wall and the upper portion of the side wall and including a square pyramidal-shaped protrusion having a first lateral face, a second lateral face opposite the first lateral face, a third lateral face located between the first lateral face and the second lateral face, and a fourth lateral face opposite the third lateral face, and wherein the first lateral face, the second lateral face, the third lateral face, and the fourth lateral face cooperate to define an apex of the square pyramidal-shaped protrusion.
