Distracting and angling expandable interbody device

An expandable implant pivotally movable into an angled position, comprising:

• a frame operatively coupled to a first arm and a second arm on opposite sides of the frame, the first arm being operatively coupled to a superior endplate and the second arm being operatively coupled to an inferior endplate;
• the frame having:
• a first channel for supporting a first pin extending in a longitudinal direction of the frame, a second channel for supporting a second pin extending in the longitudinal direction of the frame, and a track for supporting at least one actuator;
• the first arm having:
• a third channel for supporting the first pin and a fourth channel for supporting a third pin extending in a transverse direction of the first arm, the superior endplate being pivotally coupled to the first arm via the third pin;
• the second arm having:
• a fifth channel for supporting the second pin and a sixth channel for supporting a fourth pin extending in a transverse direction of the second arm, the superior endplate being pivotally coupled to the second arm via the fourth pin;
• at least one wedge operatively coupled to the actuator and being configured to:
• rotate the frame about the first and second pins thereby urging the superior endplate and inferior endplate into a distracted configuration;
• and
• rotate the superior endplate and the inferior endplate about the third and fourth pins into an angled configuration.
