Operation method of relay ue related to remaining pdb in ue-to-ue relay in wireless communication system

A first relay user equipment (UE) in UE-to-UE relay in a wireless communication system, the first relay UE comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one computer memory operably connected to the at least one processor and configured to store instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to perform operations,
• wherein the operations comprise:
• receiving a message including an end-to-end PDB and a timestamp, transmitted by a first UE;
• determining a remaining PDB based on the end-to-end PDB, using the end-to-end PDB and the timestamp;
• selecting a resource to be transmitted to a second UE based on the remaining PDB and a split PDB;
• and
• transmitting the message to a second UE on the resource.

A computer-readable non-volatile storage medium storing at least one computer program including instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform operations for a first relay user equipment (UE), the operations comprising:

• receiving a message including an end-to-end PDB and a timestamp, transmitted by a first UE;
• determining a remaining PDB based on the end-to-end PDB, using the end-to-end PDB and the timestamp;
• selecting a resource to be transmitted to a second UE based on the remaining PDB and a split PDB;
• and
• transmitting the message to a second UE on the resource.
