Abstract
This application provides a motor controller, a powertrain, and an electric vehicle. The motor controller provided in this application includes a first controller and an inverter circuit. The first controller is configured to receive a first torque signal, at least one second torque signal, and a third torque signal in sequence. In response to the third torque signal, the first controller outputs a startup signal and a third control signal in sequence. The startup signal is used to control the inverter circuit to generate a startup voltage.
