Electric lifting bed and method for assembling electric lifting bed

A method for assembling an electric lifting bed, the method comprising following steps:

• S0:
• obtaining an electric lifting bed, comprising:
• a lifting assembly, comprising two lifting frames and a longitudinal rod connecting the two lifting frames, wherein each lifting frame comprises two lifting bed legs, and each lifting bed leg is provided with a lead screw nut assembly;
• wherein the two lifting bed legs comprise a first lifting bed leg and a second lifting bed leg;
• at least one driving motor, the driving motor being in driving connection with four lead screw and nut assemblies in four lifting bed legs of the electric lifting bed;
• and
• a bed body, comprising a rear blocking assembly, a front blocking assembly, a head assembly and a foot assembly, and fitting bases are respectively disposed at both ends of the rear blocking assembly and both ends of the front blocking assembly, the fitting bases are configured to be fitted with top ends of the lifting bed legs, the fitting bases at both ends of the rear blocking assembly are respectively fitted with two top ends of the two first lifting bed legs of the lifting assembly, and the fitting bases at both ends of the front blocking assembly are respectively fitted with two top ends of two second lifting bed legs of the lifting assembly;
• the head assembly is arranged at a head end of the electric lifting bed, and two ends of the head assembly are respectively connected to an end of the rear blocking assembly and an end of the front blocking assembly;
• the foot assembly is arranged at a foot end of the electric lifting bed, and two ends of the foot assembly are respectively connected to another end of the rear blocking assembly and another end of the front blocking assembly;
• wherein each fitting base comprises a fitting groove with a downward bottom opening for accommodating the top end of the lifting bed leg, and each fitting base is connected to a fastener configured to be connected to the top of the lifting bed leg when the fitting base is fitted with the lifting bed leg;
• S1:
• connecting the four lifting bed legs into two lifting frames, and connecting the longitudinal rod between the two lifting frames, so that the two lifting frames and the longitudinal rod are connected as a whole to form the lifting assembly;
• S2:
• inserting the top ends of the two first lifting bed legs of the two lifting frames into the fitting bases at both ends of the rear blocking assembly respectively, and fastening the fitting bases with the top ends of the first lifting bed legs;
• inserting the top ends of the two second lifting bed legs of the two lifting frames into the fitting bases at both ends of the front blocking assembly respectively, and fastening the fitting bases with the top ends of the second lifting bed legs;
• S3:
• placing the head assembly at the head end of the electric lifting bed to cover and connect to ends of the rear blocking assembly and the front blocking assembly that are close to the head end of the electric lifting bed;
• placing the foot assembly at the foot end of the electric lifting bed to cover and connect to ends of the rear blocking assembly and the front blocking assembly that are close to the foot end of the electric lifting bed.
