Cleanroom System and Vehicle Mounted with Cleanroom System

A cleanroom system comprising:

• a cleanroom having airtightness;
• a room air supply path that supplies air from an exterior to an interior of the cleanroom;
• and
• a hazard control cabinet installed inside the cleanroom, the hazard control cabinet including:
• a workspace;
• a workspace air supply path that supplies air from the interior of the cleanroom to the workspace;
• a circulation path that takes in air from the workspace and supplies the air to the workspace again;
• a workspace exhaust path that is a flow path that has a common portion with the circulation path and branches off midway from the circulation path to reach the exterior, the workspace exhaust path exhausting air from the workspace to the exterior of the cleanroom;
• an exhaust fan that is provided at the common portion of the circulation path and the workspace exhaust path or a branching position where the circulation path and the workspace exhaust path diverge, and drives circulation in the circulation path and exhaust in the workspace exhaust path;
• and a filter that is provided in the workspace exhaust path and purifies the exhaust, wherein
• no other fan is provided in the circulation path between a position where the exhaust fan is provided and the workspace, and
• the exhaust fan that drives circulation in the circulation path and exhaust in the workspace exhaust path drives total exhaust from the interior of the cleanroom to the exterior, and maintains the interior of the cleanroom at negative pressure.
