Abstract
A fitness system of the present invention includes an upper mount, a lower mount, and a series of interconnected components. The upper mount is coupled to a first cord and is configured to be attached to a wall or ceiling. The lower mount is coupled to a second cord and is configured to be grounded to the floor. The series of interconnected components is coupled between the first cord and second cord, wherein the series of interconnected components comprises one or more punching bags and one or more reflex bars.

A fitness system, comprising:
- an upper mount coupled to a first cord, wherein the upper mount is configured to be attached to a wall or ceiling;
- a lower mount coupled to a second cord, wherein the lower mount is configured to be grounded to the floor;
- a series of interconnected components coupled between the first cord and second cord, wherein the series of interconnected components comprises one or more punching bags and one or more reflex bars.
A fitness system, comprising:
- an upper mount coupled to a first cord, wherein the upper mount is configured to be attached to a wall or ceiling;
- a second cord, wherein the second cord is configured to be grounded to the floor;

- a lower mount coupled to a second cord, wherein the lower mount is configured to be grounded to the floor;

- a first cord, wherein the first cord is configured to be suspended from an above object;
