The airflow management blanket device is a device formed by a blanket or a sleeping with breathing channels or conduits integrated within the blanket which are filled with breathing exhalation valves. The airflow management blanket device creates an air inlet/outlet conduit between the inside of the enclosure formed by the blanket or sleeping bag around a user and the outside of the enclosure.
