Abstract
A landing gear actuation system is disclosed herein. The landing gear actuation system includes a motor, a gearbox comprising a gear train, a linkage mechanism, and a trunnion. The gear train is coupled to the motor. The linkage mechanism is coupled to the gear train. The trunnion is coupled to the linkage mechanism. A rotation of the gear train by the motor rotates the linkage mechanism to drive the trunnion to at least one of extend or retract a landing gear.

A landing gear actuation system, the landing gear actuation system comprising:
- a motor;
- a gearbox comprising a gear train coupled to the motor;
- a linkage mechanism coupled to the gear train;
- and
- a trunnion coupled to the linkage mechanism, wherein rotation of the gear train by the motor rotates the linkage mechanism to drive the trunnion to at least one of extend or retract a landing gear.
