Cutting apparatuses and cutting inserts with chip breaking

A cutting apparatus comprising:

• a member having a holder;
• a cutting insert attached to the holder, the cutting insert including:
• a body having a top and a bottom,
• the body having a plurality of sides and a plurality of corners, each of the sides extending from the top to the bottom and each of the corners extending from the top to the bottom, the sides including a first side, a second side, and a third side and the corners including a first corner, a second corner, and a third corner, the first corner being between the first side and the second side, the second corner being between the second side and the third side, and the third corner being adjacent the third side;
• the top of the body having a hump positioned adjacent the first corner and a rib positioned adjacent the first corner such that the hump positioned adjacent the first corner is positioned between an outer edge of the first corner and the rib positioned adjacent the first corner.
