A sailboat for fish farming in open or oceanic sea formed by a vessel of the quadrimaran type (1), which provides a self-propelled floating structure with a large area and volume for fish farming in open sea that can operate and move safely under adverse oceanic conditions, comprising at least one basic structure (2), a containment net (5) to form a farming area, at least one bridge of 44 command and accommodations (3), and at least one storage silo (6), CHARACTERIZED in that the basic structure (2) comprises at least two main hulls (7), parallel and spaced apart from each other, joined together by means of at least one arm (8), and at least two secondary hulls (9) of smaller dimension relative to the at least two main hulls (7), which are arranged in parallel form to each outer side and spaced from said at least two main hulls (7), which are joined to said at least two main hulls through at least one secondary arm (10), wherein the basic structure (2) is configured as an open structure at stern, bow, starboard, port, in its upper and lower parts, with at least one of meshes or said at least one containment net (5) being arranged and joined over said basic structure (2), and wherein the at least two secondary hulls (9) are configured in pairs per side, comprising at least one upper hull (11) that is floating and at least one lower hull (12) that is submerged and ballasted, arranged parallel one above the other and spaced apart, joined by means of at least one vertical support (13) of union, and wherein said sailboat for fish farming further comprises at least one sail system (4), and wherein said arms (8) that join the at least two main hulls (7) and the secondary arms (10) that join the at least two secondary hulls (9) to the main hulls form a continuous structure from side to side, and wherein said at least one bridge of command and accommodations (3), said at least one storage silo (6), and said at least one sail system (4) are at least one of modular or removable.
