Abstract
A vehicle outer panel assembly including a resin rear door outer panel and an electrostatic capacitive touch sensor that detects contact with a design surface of the rear door outer panel is provided. The electrostatic capacitive touch sensor is provided on the inner side of the rear door outer panel.

A vehicle outer panel assembly, comprising:
- an outer panel made of resin;
- and
- an electrostatic capacitive touch sensor that detects contact with a design surface of the outer panel, wherein
- the electrostatic capacitive touch sensor is provided on an inner side of the outer panel.
