Abstract

[Problem] To provide a mask-type cosmetic device which, when removed from a face, can be folded and stored even in a small space and which prevents dust, etc., from adhering to inner sections thereof. [Solution] A mask-type cosmetic device which can be worn on the face, wherein: the mask-type cosmetic device includes a housing which covers an exterior section, stimulation sections including electrical stimulation sections which apply electrical stimulation to the face and/or light-emitting sections which irradiate light onto the face, a controller which controls the stimulation sections, and a fixing means which is provided to the housing and fixes the mask-type cosmetic device to the face; a section that is worn on the face and includes the housing is configured so as to be foldable; and the housing has provided thereto a storage section for storing the controller integrally with the housing or separately therefrom in a detachable manner.
