Single blade nail cutter

A nail cutter comprising:

• a first member including a first end portion and a second end portion, wherein the first end portion of the first member includes a blade;
• a second member including a first end portion and a second end portion, wherein the first end portion of the second member does not include a blade and the second end portion of the second member includes a detent, wherein the second end portion of the second member is coupled to the second end portion of the first member;
• and
• a third member including a first end portion and a second end portion, wherein the second end portion includes a protrusion, wherein the second end portion of the third member is coupled to the second end portion of the second member such that the third member is movable, within a plane, relative to the second member between first, second, and third positions,
• wherein when the third member moves from the first position to the second position, the blade of the first member moves toward the first end portion of the second member,
• wherein a threshold force is required to move the third member between the first and third positions based on the detent of the second member and the protrusion of the third member contacting one another, and
• wherein the third member is curved within the plane along a length of the third member.
