The first base member faces the first region in the first direction. The first bus bar is supported by the first base member. The second electronic component faces the second region in the first direction, and has a smaller amount of heat generation than the first electronic component. The second base member faces the second region in the first direction and has an insulating property. The second bus bar is supported by the second base member. The heat transfer portion extends over the first region and the second region when viewed from the first direction.
