Method and device for performing sidelink communication in unlicensed band

A method comprising:

• obtaining information related to multiple physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) occasions;
• obtaining sidelink discontinuous reception (SL DRX) configuration information including information related to an SL DRX hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round trip time (RTT) timer;
• receiving first sidelink control information (SCI) for scheduling second SCI and a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) on a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH);
• receiving the second SCI on the PSSCH,
• wherein at least one of the PSCCH or the PSSCH is related to the multiple PSFCH occasions;
• and
• starting, based on that the information related to the multiple PSFCH occasions is configured, the SL DRX HARQ RTT timer after a last PSFCH occasion.

A first device comprising:

• at least one transceiver;
• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one memory connected to the at least one processor and storing instructions that, based on being executed by the at least one processor, cause the first device to perform operations comprising:
• obtaining information related to multiple physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) occasions;
• obtaining sidelink discontinuous reception (SL DRX) configuration information including information related to an SL DRX hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round trip time (RTT) timer;
• receiving first sidelink control information (SCI) for scheduling second SCI and a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) on a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH);
• receiving the second SCI on the PSSCH,
• wherein at least one of the PSCCH or the PSSCH is related to the multiple PSFCH occasions;
• and
• starting, based on that the information related to the multiple PSFCH occasions is configured, the SL DRX HARQ RTT timer after a last PSFCH occasion.

A processing device configured to control a first device, the processing device comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one memory connected to the at least one processor and storing instructions that, based on being executed by the at least one processor, cause the first device to perform operations comprising:
• obtaining information related to multiple physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) occasions;
• obtaining sidelink discontinuous reception (SL DRX) configuration information including information related to an SL DRX hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round trip time (RTT) timer;
• receiving first sidelink control information (SCI) for scheduling second SCI and a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) on a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH);
• receiving the second SCI on the PSSCH,
• wherein at least one of the PSCCH or the PSSCH is related to the multiple PSFCH occasions;
• and
• starting, based on that the information related to the multiple PSFCH occasions is configured, the SL DRX HARQ RTT timer after a last PSFCH occasion.
