A terminal includes: a communication unit configured to perform short range communication with a communication apparatus when a specified condition is satisfied; and a control unit configured to estimate specified information by using the short range communication. The communication unit performs wireless communication with a base station or a network based on the estimated information.

- a communication unit configured to perform short range communication with a communication apparatus when a specified condition is satisfied;

- a control unit configured to estimate specified information by using the short range communication, wherein
